• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
• Users are responsible for all activities performed using their accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension of access.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading complaints.
• Upload offensive, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Interfere with application security or functionality.
• Use the application for unlawful purposes.

5. Complaint Submission

• Complaints should contain accurate information.
• Photos uploaded should relate only to the reported issue.
• Administrators may update complaint status after verification.
• Submitting duplicate or fraudulent complaints may lead to account restrictions.

6. Notifications

The application may send push notifications regarding complaint updates, announcements, maintenance notices, and other important information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, software, text, and design elements within the application remain the property of 36th Division NMC unless otherwise stated.

8. Privacy

Your use of this application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, stored, and protected.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the application available at all times, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
